• Q: What age group is the indoor playground suitable for?
    A: The play space is designed for children 5 years old and under.

    Q: Are socks required?
    A: Yes, for hygiene and safety both children and adults must wear socks at all times while in our space.

    Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?
    A: Yes but no snacks or drinks near the play equipment. No cakes, cupcakes or anything with frosting during open play times.

    Q: Is there a time limit for play?
    A: Yes, play sessions are limited to two hours per visit.

    Q: What are your hours?
    A: Members have a full-day access during our soft opening hours of Monday–Friday from 9:30AM–2:30PM.

    Visitors can walk-in or book online for one or both of our play sessions of either 9:30AM-11:30AM or 12:30PM-2:30PM.

    Weekends are closed for reservations only.

  • Q: Can we just walk-in to play?
    A: Yes you can just walk-in to play before our scheduled open play time.

    Q: What does admission include?
    A: Admission includes one child from 8 months old up to 8 years old with one adult.

    Q: What about additional adults or siblings?
    A: Additional adults must accompany a paying child or require a regular admission fee. Children who will remain in baby carriers or are not actively playing may enter for free with a paying adult or sibling.

    Q: Do you offer memberships?
    A: Yes we have a monthly membership plan available for families that plan to visit regularly.

    Q: Can I transfer or share my membership?
    A: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered family in the same household.

    Q: What about multiple-visit passes?
    A: We have two options for discounted multi-visit play passes that can be shared between siblings within the same household. These can be purchased online after creating a profile to keep track of your passes digitally.

  • Q: Can I rent the entire indoor venue for a private event?
    A: Absolutely! We offer different ways to privately host your event here.

    Q: What if I just want to rent the community room?
    A: The community room accommodates up to 32 guests and can be rented by the hour but guests are not allowed in the lounge area or play space.

    Q: Can I decorate the event space myself?
    A: Of course you are welcome to bring your own decorations or we can connect you with local event planners and decor vendors to make your celebration extra special.

  • Q: Are there any health requirements for entry?
    A: Any guest that arrives that is showing visible signs of illness will not be permitted in the play area.

    Q: What are your cleaning and sanitization practices?
    A: We use nontoxic cleaners, conduct regular space checks, and sanitize thoroughly after closing time. Caregivers can access mini cleaning stations and “Oopsie Buckets” for toys needing extra cleaning before reuse.

    Q: Do guests have access to a first aid kit?
    A: Yes, just ask one of our team members to assist in responding promptly to any minor injuries.

  • Q: Can I reserve play time online?
    A: Yes, but only account holders can reserve and pay for playtime online.

    Q: Can I cancel my play time reservation?
    A: Yes, you have 24 hours from initial booking time to cancel without penalty. Late cancellation of 24 hours before session starts will be charged the admission rates.

    A: You have 72 hours to cancel your event from the initial date of booking without penalties. All private events are nonrefundable after 72 hours but transferrable due to sickness or weather. Event must be rescheduled within 90(ninety) days from the original date of booking.
