The community room can be rented by the hour, separately from the play space and lounge, during or after our regular hours. Full payment is required to book and is nonrefundable. Food and drinks are allowed, but everything must be cleaned up before your reservation ends.

Features & Amenities A full rental agreement with detailed terms will be provided upon booking. Every reservation includes an on-site host to assist during your entire rental period.
Space Details
475 square feet, 12 ft ceiling height, carpet floors, and neutral white walls.
Lighting
Space has no windows, perfect for controlled lighting with basic overhead lighting. Optional photography lights available for rent.
Sound
Space is not soundproof and may have noise from above tenant during the weekdays
Electrical
Ample electrical outlets but no access to the circuit breaker. Extension cords and power strips available on request.
Space Access + Parking
Free parking lot with an additional electrical vehicle charging stations and easy street-level access. Cart or dolly available for loading/unloading gear.
Restrictions To maintain a clean and safe space, the following are not permitted:
Smoking or vaping
Alcohol
Nudity or mature explicit content
Animals (service animals permitted)
Confetti or glitter
Open flames or candles
Loud music or amplified sound
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with 72+ hours notice are refundable. Less than 72 hours notice is nonrefundable but may be rescheduled once within 90 days.
