BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Create a free profile and make sure to add your birthday celebrant!
STEP 2: RESERVE YOUR DATE.
Choose your preferred date and time. Reserve and book online with our secured online payment.
STEP 3: SHARE WAIVERS.
Gives your guests time to check-in, take off shoes, potty break, and wash hands before playing.
ALL RENTAL AMENITIES:
A party host will be on-site to check in guests, answer questions, and give you a heads-up when your party is wrapping up in 30 minutes.
Included: Four 5’ dining tables, four 4’ folding tables, chairs, buffet counter, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
Utility cart will be provided for loading and unloading.
You’re welcome to bring your own decorations, food, cake, and drinks—just keep everything in the community room while all tables are welcome for guests to eat on during your reservation.
You’re responsible for setup and takedown of anything you bring. Our staff will handle sanitizing, trash, and cleaning tables.
Entire party must be out of the building at end time or any guests still left in the building past 15 minutes of end time will cause a charge to the host of 30% from total fee for overstay.
RESTRICTIONS:
No vaping, smoking, alcohol, liquor, or any form of drugs allowed inside the building.
No food warming appliances that need to be plugged in, warming trays, or equipment that use open flame, butane, or flammable tanks.
No pets or animals for entertainment.
No confetti, funfetti, glitter, silly string, piñatas, or smash cakes.
No tape, glue, or nails on the walls.
No slime, play dough, or sand.
No loud music or amplified stereo system.
No loitering in the parking lot or in front of the building
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Why do I need to create a profile to book a party?
Creating a free online account securely manages your reservation details and provides you with easy access to your booking information. It also allows us to send you important updates.
Do you have Sunday availabilities?
Not for birthday birthday parties but it is available for non-birthday private events.
Can I add extra party time?
Not at this time because we have a set schedule for open play and classes.
Which ages count toward the guest headcount?
Children are ages 8 months to 12 years. Babies 7 months and under (or those who stay in a carrier) are not included.
Do party guests need to take off their shoes?
Yes! Please remind your guests to bring socks.
What does a typical Saturday party look like?
Each party does not include additional time but if you plan accordingly like in this timeline, your entire party should end by the reserved time or a 30% overtime fee will apply on your total amount:
15 minutes for setup or until the play is happening
60 minutes in the play space or with hired activities
60 minutes for food, cake, and party fun
15 minutes for pack-up and teardown any setup you are taking home
Staff will clean and sanitize afterward
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance and can be booked up to 12 months ahead. Full payment is required at the time of booking. You may cancel or reschedule through your account within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations are nonrefundable but can be rescheduled once within 3 months of the original date, with at least 7 days' notice.
