Our play space area is designed for children ages 0–5 and so we ask that older siblings and guests play respectfully or bring alternative activities for them to enjoy during the celebration. Infants 0–7 months do not count towards your guest capacity. All playing families must complete a waiver before entering the play space.
For everyone’s safety and comfort: No weapons including toys that look like weapons. For example: Nerf guns, Minecraft swords, etc. Please no vaping, smoking, alcohol, liquor, and any form of drugs are not permitted inside the building. Food equipment that uses open flames, butane, or flammable tanks is also not allowed. Live animals or pets are prohibited except service animals. To help us maintain the space, please do not bring confetti, funfetti, glitter, silly string, piñatas, cake smash setups, slime, play dough, or sand. Strong tape, glue dots, nails, or materials that could damage the walls are not permitted. Loud music or amplified stereo systems are not allowed, and guests may not loiter in the parking lot or in front of the building.
Strollers must remain in the lobby.
Shoes are not permitted inside the play area. Please bring socks or indoor slippers. We offer a limited amount of complimentary adult slippers and medical boot covers when needed.
All guests must sanitize their hands before entering the play space.
Toys are not allowed inside the play tower to prevent injuries.
Food and beverages must remain at designated tables and may not be brought into play areas or onto area rugs.
A team member will be onsite to welcome your guests, answer questions, and provide a 30-minute reminder before the end of your reservation.

You are welcome to bring your own decorations, food, cake, and non-alcoholic beverages. The party host is responsible for setting up and removing all personal items and decorations during the reservation period. Our staff will handle trash removal, cleaning, and sanitizing after your event. Every birthday party reservation includes:
Exclusive private access to the main play area and Flex Space
Four café tables in the main space
Four 5-foot dining tables with chairs
Children's tables (48" L × 24" W × 22" H) with folding kid chairs
One 6ft table, buffet counter, refrigerator, microwave, hot water dispenser, and two water pitchers
Choose from two options of table cloths colors to use on 6ft table and children’s tables: navy blue and white.
Utility cart for loading and unloading
Please note that while there is no kitchen sink in the party area, a utility sink is available for disposing of beverages.
Timing & Party Flow
Setup and cleanup time are included within your reservation period. Additional party time is not available. Early access cannot be guaranteed but you can arrive ~10 minutes early for unloading.
All guests must exit promptly at the end of the reservation. Events that remain more than 15 minutes past their scheduled end time will incur an overstay fee equal to 25% of the reservation cost.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and may be scheduled up to 12 months ahead. Full payment is required at the time of booking. You may cancel within 72 hours of making your reservation for a full refund. After the initial 72-hour booking window, reservations become nonrefundable.
If your plans change, reservations may be rescheduled one time within 3 months of the original event date, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled event and subject to availability.

Outside Vendors and Catering are Welcome for Your Event.
All hired vendors and caterers must have the appropriate licenses, current permits, and documentation required to operate in King County.
Professional decorators may arrive up to 30 minutes before your event for setup. All professional decorations and vendor materials must be removed within 15 minutes after your party ends. Events that extend beyond the scheduled cleanup window may incur a 25% overtime fee. For the safety and cleanliness of our play space, any catering that requires on-site food preparation must remain in the lobby area, as shoes are required during food preparation and service.
