Play Admission includes one child (8 months–5 years) and up to two adults. Additional adults must pay full admission or accompany another paying child. Older siblings are welcome to play with parent supervision and must follow play space rules otherwise they take a break. Non-mobile babies are always free.

Reserve a play session for each playing child starting at 8 months old at any available start time. Each reservation guarantees up to 2 hours of play with the option to stay until 2:30PM if we are NOT at capacity. Please check in within 15 minutes of your reservation as your spot may be released to the next family in line. Laro Tayo Members are always accommodated for walk-ins and re-entry.

Please arrive on time to park strollers, check in, remove shoes, and wash hands. We aim to be a nut-free space but if you must bring them for snacks ALL FOOD AND DRINKS REMAIN AT THE TABLES ONLY, not on toys or area rugs. Place mouthed toys in the “yuck buckets” and dispose of trash in the hidden bin inside the flex space cabinet. Please stay home if feeling unwell.

PLAY SESSIONS START AT $18

Please create a free online account, sign the waiver, and save your payment option for a smooth check-in by name, email, or phone number. Reservations are encouraged but not required.

Walk-ins are welcome too and spots are usually available unless it’s a holiday or a school break. On busy days, we abide by our maximum capacity and without reservations, you will be placed on a waitlist to enter.

Please note that we do not accept cash, chip, tap, Apple Pay, or American Express.

MEMBERSHIPS START AT $68

We offer three family membership tiers based on the number of playing children. Each membership includes up to two adults. Members can visit anytime during weekday hours and enjoy same-day re-entry.

Members are still encouraged to make play reservations and we will hold their spot until arrival. If you know you’re unable to make the reservation, please cancel online or send us a text message with a name and time to let us know if you’re just running late.

PLAY PASSES START AT $75

Our multiple play passes offer discounted family play and can be shared between siblings in the same household. The more play you purchase, the more you save and you can also use it for our monthly events like story times, sing-a-longs, and toddler yoga.

Each pass is valid for one year so there’s no rush to use it. Play passes can also be transferred one-time to another family with an existing online account.

PRIVATE PLAYDATES START AT $250

Even if you can’t make it in during our open hours, you can gather your favorites and book a private weeknight playdate from 5:30-7:00. You may also host a small celebration with cake and gifts. Please keep decorations minimal and just focus on being together.

Enjoy the entire play space to yourselves for 90 minutes, perfect for cousins or friends to play, eat dinner, and wind down. We handle the cleanup!

  • We take off our shoes and put it in the cubby

  • Always potty first and wash hands before we play

  • No toys in our play tower to prevent injuries

  • Food and drinks must stay on all cafe tables

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a time limit for play? Our online booking time slots reassure we maintain safe capacity for every two hours of play. You are guaranteed two hours of play time or stay until closing unless we are at capacity. We want every waiting family a chance to also play before nap time.

What happens if we’re late for our reservation? We’ll hold your reservation until your arrival unless we are at max capacity, then you have 15 minutes to arrive before we give your spot to another family. You can also send us a message if you are on the way.

Can I bring a group for a play date? Yes, group play dates are welcome with up to 10 playing children and to keep things fair for all families, please limit play time up to 2 hours, especially when others are waiting to enjoy the space.

Can we bring our own food and drinks? Yes, but please be mindful of families with allergies so no sharing food with children that are not part of your group. Keep all food and drinks on tables but not near toys or on any of the area rugs, and away from reaching little hands. No nuts, cakes, frosting, or glazed food during open play sessions.

What’s your cancellation policy? Early cancellation 24 hours before your reserved time will be credited as a play session on your account. Late cancellations are nonrefundable unless booked with a play pass or a membership.

What items can we bring during open play? Our trash bins are smaller during open play hours, so we kindly ask that you are mindful of what you bring in and to take excess trash with you when leaving. Balloons, cakes, gifts, and family trays of food are NOT permitted during open play.

Are socks required to play? Yes, for hygiene and safety both children and adults must wear socks at all times while in our space. You can bring your own household slippers or borrow one of our loaner slippers for adults that we sanitize everyday. For medical purpose only, we have boot covers at your convenience.

Do you have diaper changing tables? Yes, both our restrooms are equipped with a diaper changing table. For sanitary reasons, please do not change diapers on our cafe or dining tables, couches, baby cushions, play areas, or floors for the safety of your baby and our other guests.

What happens if rules aren’t followed? All children must be actively supervised. If one member of a group playdate continues to break rules or polices, the entire group may be asked to leave.
