Admission includes 1 child (8 months–5 years old) and 2 adults. Additional adults must pay full admission or accompany another paying child. Older siblings who wish to play requires full admission. Babies not yet mobile are free!
Walk-ins are always welcome but we currently do not accept cash, Apple Pay or American Express.
Come early to check in, wash hands, and get ready to play!

SAFE WAYS TO STAY AND PLAY
Health First: If anyone is feeling unwell, please stay home.
Hygiene: Please use the potty and wash hands before and after playing.
Supervision: Caregivers must stay and keep children within sight at all times.
Socks Required: Don’t forget to bring socks or grippy socks if you have them!
Respectful Play: Encourage gentle hands, walking feet, and taking turns.
Media: Be considerate of your surroundings when taking photos or videos.
Snack Area: Nonallergen snacks are permitted on tables only.
Toys Stay on the Floor: No toys in the tower so we don’t throw them at our friends.
Sharing Spaces: Only take up space you need and be mindful of other guests.
Housekeeping: Use our mini-cleaning station if needed or our “Oopsie Bins”.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q: What age group is the play space suitable for?
The play space is designed for children 5 years old and under but all ages are welcome to join in the play as long as they follow the rules of Laro Tayo.
Q: Are socks required to play?
Yes please for hygiene and safety both children and adults must wear socks at all times while in our space.
Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, non-allergen food are allowed on tables only but not near play equipment and on area rugs.
Q: Is there a time limit for play?
No you can stay to play until closing hours.
Q: Can we just walk-in to play?
Yes you can just walk-in to play before our scheduled open play time. Subject to availability.
Q: Is there a membership for families with only children 6 years old and up?
We don’t offer separate memberships for older kids, but you’re welcome to purchase any current plan. Our space is designed for ages 5 and under — older children (6+) are welcome but may find limited play options. Please consider if the space suits your child before joining.
Q: Can I transfer my membership?
Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered family in the same household.
Q: What about multi-visit passes?
Play passes can be transferred one time and the new holder must have an online account.
We have two options for discounted multi-visit play passes that can be shared between siblings within the same household. These can be purchased online after creating a profile to keep track of your passes digitally and never lose them again.
