Mondays with Aufe Coffee

Our collaboration with Aufe Coffee on Mondays ended today. It wasn’t too long ago when one of the owners reached out to me in the middle of my buildout to popup in our space when we open. I felt bad telling her that I don’t know when that would be and even the week that we thought for sure I was ready that they even announced it, we had to cancel and take it back. It seems they’re one of the few that went through the ups and downs of opening this space with me but they still continued to support our opening. Four weeks they popped up their coffee carts in our lobby and served their followers and our families drinks. Even introduced their pandan coffee in our space which became a favorite for a few families. They ended their popup with multiple orders of the Zesty cold-brew which tasted so much like chocolate orange. We’ll miss hosting them in our space but we are so thankful to have them serve and welcome our families on our soft opening and grand opening weeks.
