Consider our flex space, designed to help you reach new goals and elevate your dreams. Equipped with an open carpeted floor space, countertops, microwave, refrigerator, 4ft backdrop wall-mount, couch, tables, and chairs. Plus optional kid-friendly areas, we've got the essentials covered just bring your creativity!

Whether you're sharing an expertise, launching an idea, or building connections, this space is yours to transform. You can rent the flex space for an hour minimum with a maximum occupancy of 32 or the full facility for a kid-friendly event with a total maximum seating occupancy of 52.

Some of our equipment for rent: projector, medium-size projector display, projector/laptop stand, background stands, one continuous light with stand and umbrella, ring light with mobile/tablet stand, and limited solid color backdrop rolls.

FEATURES AND AMENITIES

The Flex Space can be rented throughout the day while the additional play space can only be added on during rentals after open play hours (M-F 3:30PM-7:00PM and SUNDAY 9:00AM-5:00PM). Our location has an easy street-level access to our free parking lot with an additional electrical vehicle charging stations. The space is 475 square feet, with 9 feet ceiling, carpet floors, and neutral white walls. There are no windows, perfect for controlled lighting but it is not soundproof which may have some noise from neighboring tenants during weekdays. Extension cords and power strips are available upon request but no loud music or amplified sound. Other restrictions: No smoking, vaping, weapons, alcohol, nudity or mature explicit content, live animals except service animals, confetti, glitter, and no open flames or flammable tanks.

Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation will be fully-refunded but after 72 hours, all reserved events are nonrefundable but can be rescheduled within 90 days from the original reservation date.
