Walk-ins are welcome! Anyone can always walk in and book on the spot for one of our available open play slots until start time.
Our soft opening hours are limited to two open play time slots during the weekday but will re-structure once we are ready!

Q: What age group is the indoor playground suitable for?
A: The playground is designed for children 5 years old and under but with equipment safe for up to 8 years old.Q: Are socks required?
A: Yes, for hygiene and safety both children and adults must wear socks at all times while in the play area.Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?
A: Yes but no snacks or drinks near the play equipment. No cakes, cupcakes or anything with frosting during open play times.Q: Is there a time limit for play?
A: Yes, play sessions are limited to two hours per visit for visitors but members have all-day access on weekdays. -
Q: Do we have to be a member to play?
A: No but all new visitors are recommended to create a profile online and ensure a safe experience for everyone.Q: What does admission include?
A: Admission includes one child from 8 months old up to 8 years old with one adult.Q: What about additional adults or siblings?
A: Additional adults must accompany a paying child or require a regular admission fee. Children who will remain in baby carriers or are not actively playing may enter for free with a paying adult or sibling.Q: Do you offer memberships or multi-visit passes?
A: Yes! We have monthly multi-visit passes and a monthly membership plan available for families who plan to visit regularly.Q: Can I transfer or share my membership?
A: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered family in the same household. -
Q: Can I rent the entire indoor playground for a private event?
A: Absolutely! You can rent the entire space for birthday parties, family gatherings, or other special events.Q: What if I just want to rent the community room?
A: The community room accommodates up to 32 guests and can be rented by the hour but guests are not allowed in the lounge area or play space.Q: Can I decorate the event space myself?
A: Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations or we can connect you with local event planners and decoration vendors to make your celebration extra special. -
Q: What are your cleaning and sanitization practices?
A: We follow strict cleaning protocols to ensure a safe environment. Play areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day and thoroughly at the end of each day. We will also have mini cleaning stations for caregivers to use after themselves if needed and an “Oopsie Bucket” in different areas for toys that need extra cleaning before introducing back into the play space.Q: Are there any health requirements for entry?
A: For the safety of all guests, children or adults showing signs of illness will not be permitted in the play area.Q: Do guests have access to a first aid kit?
A: Yes, just ask one of our team members to assist in responding promptly to any minor injuries. -
Q: Can I reserve play time online?
A: Yes, if you have created a profile with us, you can reserve play time online.Q: Do I pay for my play time when I reserve it online?
A: Yes you can and if you are 15 minutes late and there is a waitlist, we will credit your account and give your reservation to the next person in line.Q: Can I cancel my play time reservation?
A: Yes, we would appreciate you canceling your reservation as soon as possible so that we can accommodate another family.Q: How can I book a party or private event?
A: Creating a profile makes it easy for you to book your event online. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred date. Full amount is due at the time of booking.Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: All private event bookings are non-refundable but transferable due to sickness or weather. Event must be rescheduled within 90(ninety) days from the original date of booking.Q: Can I reschedule my event?
A: Yes, you may reschedule based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.
