Mini Mindful Thursdays - Stretch. Breathe. Play.
Start your morning with joyful movement, playful connection, and a little dose of calm. This fun and engaging class invites little ones ages 1–5 to explore yoga through songs, games, and age-appropriate poses — all while building focus, balance, and body awareness in a welcoming space.
Caregivers stay close to support, as we breathe, move, and giggle our way into a grounded and happy start to the day.
What to Expect:
Gentle movement & beginner yoga poses
Songs, games & mindful fun
Connection, calm & confidence-building
For ages 1–5 (caregiver must stay and supervise)
Bring a yoga mat if you have one — limited mats available
Water bottles encouraged (refill station onsite)
Play Session reservation or admission is required

Shruthi Desai is a certified yoga teacher specializing in children’s wellness and the creator of Mudita Circles — a heart-led community offering mindful movement and emotional well-being for families. Her sessions are grounded in kindness, connection, and empathy, creating space for every child to feel seen and heard.
