Part-Time & On-Call Family Experience Associate
Do you love working with kids, creating joyful experiences, and being part of a fun, energetic environment? Our indoor playground is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and friendly team members to help make playtime magical for little ones and their families!
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $16.66/hr
Hours: Part-Time on Weekends and/or On-Call on Weeknights
Age Requirement: Preferably 18+, but 16-17-year-olds are welcome to apply
No tolerance for smoking or drug use

As a vital ambassador for our family space, you'll connect with our amazing community, brainstorm awesome kids' activities, and even bring the party to life as a birthday host! Plus, your creative juices will flow as you contribute fresh content ideas for our social media. If you're a customer service whiz with boundless energy to greet little adventurers (and their grown-ups!), and you're a self-starter who can spot a stray toy or a surface in need of sanitizing without being asked, then this on-call role is your chance to shine. RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise play areas and ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment
Assist with private events, birthday parties, and special activities
Greet and interact with families to provide top-notch customer service
Help with sanitization and resetting the space between play sessions
Option to contribute to our social media with fun content (if interested!)
QUALIFICATIONS
Energetic, outgoing, and great with kids & families
Reliable and ready to work weeknights and weekends as needed
Able to multitask and stay positive in a fast-paced setting
Willing to assist with cleaning and resetting play areas
Absolutely no smoking or drug use—this is a family-focused environment
