LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME FAMILY EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE!
Are you energetic, creative, and love working with families and kids? Our indoor family space is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and friendly team members to help welcome little ones and their families! As we are getting closer to our grand opening, we need to also build a team to put our space in good hands! If you want a fun, flexible job where you can make a real impact, could this be for you?
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $16.66/hr
Hours: Part-Time on Weekends Only
Age Requirement: Preferably 18+, but 16-17-year-olds are welcome to apply

Laro Tayo means “Let’s Play” in Tagalog because that’s exactly what we’re all about! We’re a brand-new indoor space where kids can play and explore with a rotating-theme of toys, while grownups get to “play” through classes, meetups, workshops, and mixers. We’re also a destination for birthday parties, creative collaborations, co-working, and community events. Our mission is to be a safe, welcoming space where people can connect, create, and just enjoy being together.

Laro Tayo is looking for fun, friendly people to join our brand-new crew as Part-Time Family Experience Associates! If you’re great with kids, love good vibes, and want to work somewhere that actually feels fun - you’ll fit right in. Be prepared to greet families with a smile, keep our play space clean and safe, host memorable birthday parties, and even share ideas for fun kids activities and content for our social media. You’ll be part of the action and not stuck behind a counter. We’re all about energy, teamwork, and making every visit special. Weekends and some weeknights are required but we promise no boring shifts here!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and interact with families to provide top-notch customer service
Supervise play areas and ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment
Support with private events, birthday parties, and special activities
Help with sanitization and resetting the space between play sessions
Option to contribute to our social media with fun content (if interested!)
QUALIFICATIONS
Energetic, outgoing, and experience babysitting or helping out with
Reliable and ready to work weekends and weeknights as needed
Able to multitask and stay positive in a fast-paced setting
Willing to assist with cleaning and resetting play areas
Absolutely no smoking or drug use—this is a family-focused environment
