MAKE IT YOUR OWN

Our minimalist Flex Space is a modern blank canvas for your celebration. Keep it simple or bring your favorite theme to life with:

  • Ceiling magnetic hooks for paper decorations and balloon décor

  • Safe-release art tape anchors for banners and signs

  • The option to bring decorations, matching tablecloths, signs, and non-alcoholic beverages the day before your party, so there's less to unload on the big day

  • Please note: there is no kitchen sink in the party area, but a utility sink is available for beverage disposal.

  • A RELAXED PARTY FLOW

    Give your family time to settle in, play, gather, celebrate, and enjoy a few final moments together:

    Hosts may arrive approximately 10 minutes early for unloading, but early access cannot be guaranteed. Setup and teardown are included within your reserved party time. All guests and belongings must exit by your scheduled end time. Parties remaining more than 10 minutes past the scheduled end time will be charged a 25% overstay fee.

    We want every family who walks through our doors to find a space that feels clean, welcoming, and ready to play. Please help us keep it that way for the next little ones, too.

    Please bring: socks or indoor slippers.
    Please keep: strollers in the lobby, food and beverages at designated tables, and toys out of the play tower.

    Not permitted: confetti, glitter, funfetti, silly string, piñatas, cake smash setups, slime, play dough, sand or water activities, strong adhesives, nails, glue dots, open-flame or flammable cooking equipment, weapons or weapon-like toys, smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, live animals except service animals, loud amplified music, or loitering in the parking lot or in front of the building.

    All guests entering beyond the baby gates count toward your guest total. Every family playing in the space must complete our waiver before entering.

  • BEFORE YOU BOOK

    Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance and may be scheduled up to 12 months ahead. Full payment is required at booking. You may cancel within 72 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, reservations are nonrefundable. If your plans change, you may reschedule once within 3 months of your original event date, provided the request is made at least 14 days before your scheduled party and the new date is available.

  • AFTER YOU RESERVE

    Once you select your date and time, you will receive your Party Agreement. Please complete the agreement within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is not finalized until the agreement is submitted. If the agreement is not completed within 24 hours, your reservation will be canceled, your selected date and time will be released, and your account will not be charged.

JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER

• You can drop off non-perishable supplies the day before during our open hours.

• The celebrant’s family can take available 15 min parking spots in front of our space.

• Party hosts are allowed to arrive early and unload ~10 minutes before reserved time.

• Third party vendors can arrive 30 minutes prior reserved to time for set-up.

• Waiver Form must be completed by each family with playing kids

• We are a shoes-off space so socks are required for kids & adults.

• Potty first then wash hands in sink or sanitize hands before playing.

• Please keep all food and drinks on tables and not on area rugs or toys.

• Our play equipment is designed for children ages 0–5. Please remind older children to give our littles priority, allowing them the space and opportunity to safely explore and play.

• No toys in our play tower to prevent injuries.

• Mouthed toys go in the baskets hanging on the walls.
