PRIVATE USE
The entire Laro Tayo facility is reserved exclusively for you and your guests during your rental.

ROOM TO GATHER
Up to 36 guests with access to our available dining tables and seating.

PLAY INCLUDED
Your guests have access to our play space and toys in the Flex Space during your rental.

BRING YOUR OWN FOOD
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome in our designated dining areas.

KEEP IT SIMPLE
This rental is designed for gatherings that don't require a full birthday-party setup. Children's tables and chairs are not provided.

You are welcome to bring your own food, beverages, activities, and simple decorations.

This rental does not include children's tables and chairs, tablecloths, additional party supplies, or special birthday-party setups.

We do have counter space for food and fridge for drinks but we can provide another 6ft table per request.

Give your group time to settle in, play, eat, gather, and enjoy the space together.

SET UP → GATHER → PLAY → EAT → GOODBYE

Your 2-hour reservation includes both setup and cleanup time. We recommend arriving at the beginning of your reserved time so you have enough time to unload and prepare your space.

All guests, food, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed by the end of your scheduled rental.

Parties or gatherings remaining more than 10 minutes past the scheduled end time may be charged a 25% overstay fee.

We want every family who walks through our doors to find a space that feels clean, welcoming, and ready to play. Please help us keep it that way for the next little ones, too.

Please bring:
Socks or indoor slippers for anyone entering the play space.

Please keep:
Food and beverages at designated dining tables. Strollers in the lobby. Toys out of the play tower.

Not permitted:
Confetti, glitter, funfetti, silly string, piñatas, cake smash setups, slime, play dough, sand or water activities, strong adhesives, nails, glue dots, open-flame or flammable cooking equipment, weapons or weapon-like toys, smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, live animals except service animals, loud amplified music, or loitering in the parking lot or in front of the building.

All guests entering beyond the baby gates count toward your 36-guest maximum.

Every family with playing children must complete our waiver before entering the play space.

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.

Please keep all food and beverages in the designated dining areas. Food and drinks are not permitted on area rugs, play equipment, or inside the play areas.

Refrigerator and microwave access are available for your convenience.

Any catering that requires on-site food preparation must remain in the designated food service area. Open flames and flammable cooking equipment are not permitted.

Laro Tayo is a caregiver-supervised play space.

Adults are responsible for supervising the children in their care throughout the entire rental.

Our play environment is designed primarily for children ages 0–5. Older children are welcome, but we ask that they give our littlest guests priority and help maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Please remind children to use the equipment appropriately and keep toys out of the play tower.

Mouthed toys should be placed in the designated baskets so our team can clean and sanitize them.

Simple decorations and family-friendly activities are welcome.

Please do not use:

• Confetti or glitter

• Strong adhesives, nails, or glue dots

• Silly string

• Piñatas

• Open flames

• Activities involving sand, water, slime, or play dough

Dining tables and chairs in the Flex Space may be adjusted within the designated dining areas as needed. Furniture in the main Play Space must remain in place.

Please leave the space in the same general condition in which you found it and remove all personal decorations and belongings before your rental ends.

Private Venue Rentals must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and may be scheduled up to 12 months ahead, subject to availability.

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Reservations may be canceled within 72 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, reservations are nonrefundable.

If your plans change, you may request one reschedule within 3 months of your original rental date, provided the request is made at least 14 days before your scheduled rental and the new date is available.

Once you submit your reservation request, you will receive your Private Venue Rental Agreement.

Please review and complete the agreement within 24 hours. We will send a reminder within 72 hours but with no response after, your request will be canceled and released.

Your reservation is not considered finalized until all required forms and payment have been completed.

• Your rental time includes setup and cleanup.
• Please plan to arrive at the beginning of your reserved time.
• All guests must leave by the scheduled end time.
• Everyone entering beyond the baby gates counts toward the 36-guest maximum.
• Socks are required for kids and adults entering the play space.
• Food and drinks must remain at designated tables.
• Children must remain under adult supervision.
• Please complete waivers before children play.
• Laro Tayo is a shoes-off space.
